Experience using Clipster DCP encoding software, Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder is essential.

Our Client is a creative agency which creates, manages and distributes localised content worldwide.

Role

As a Trailers Technical Operations Manager, you will manage end to end operations for film trailer launches and oversee a small team.

Responsibilities
  • Localisation of trailers– graphics insertion, subtitling and dubbed audio layback.
  • Finalise localised AV content for international distribution.
  • Encode and transcode files to various broadcast and online formats.
  • Execute standards and frame rate conversions.
  • Upload and download content to and from various Digital Asset Management
  • Be the main technical point of contact for your assigned studio account.
  • Manage resourcing, workloads and holiday approvals.
  • Set clear objectives and provide feedback for your team during reviews.
  • Liaise with account and shift managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Work with the client services account manager to plan workloads and prepare for upcoming campaigns.
The Person

You should have strong knowledge of end to end technical operations for trailer launches (ingest, finishing/creating localised versions, final file production including DCP creation)

It is essential that you are confident using Clipster DCP encoding software, Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.

Team management experience would a plus.
