A leading recruitment agency in the UK seeks a candidate for a role requiring strong team management and oversight of multi-trades. The ideal candidate should have experience in health and safety compliance, planning resources, and managing operatives in the local authority/social housing sector. Responsibilities include supervising trades, conducting assessments, and ensuring work meets lettable standards. This is a temp-to-perm position with potential for permanent employment.
INITIALLY FOR 6 MONTHS THEN POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING PERMANENT.
We are seeking a candidate with strong team and people management skills, capable of overseeing multi-trades and contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience working to deadlines, prioritising workloads, and solving complex problems effectively. A solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation is essential. Recent experience in a similar role, particularly overseeing operatives within void repairs, planned, or reactive maintenance is required. Local Authority/Social Housing sector experience is highly advantageous.
