Responsibilities
  • Act as the "go to" for all internal labour requests across your designated regions
  • Proactively source, allocate and onboard operatives whilst ensuring full compliance
  • Build strong partnerships with Regional Operation Managers - providing support and insight
  • Keep labour allocation smooth and transparent
  • Continuous improve processes whilst growing our internal labour resource
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in trades resourcing with civil engineering or construction
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (CSCS cards/Medicals etc)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure - and juggle competing priorities
