We’re looking for an experienced Trade Sales Advisor to join us in Hartlepool and help grow our national trade customer base in the home improvement and interiors sector.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of trade customers (up to £25,000 spend per account)
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities via calls, email, and online channels
  • Provide tailored product advice and quotes to meet customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
  • Handle queries and objections confidently
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in trade, construction, or interiors)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable cold calling and developing new accounts
  • Organised, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Proficient with CRMs and digital tools
