What you´ll do
  • Develop and implement shopper marketing programs tailored to key retailers and channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Adapt and design POS materials for in-store and online environments, including toolkit creation.
  • Collaborate with Media & PR Manager to deliver integrated 360° campaigns that maximize shopper engagement.
  • Execute in-store activations and ensure flawless implementation of promotional plans.
  • Support sales and category teams in developing joint business plans and retailer-specific strategies.
  • Evaluate shopper activation effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize ROI for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency at the point of purchase across all channels.
  • Brief and coordinate with merchandisers to ensure execution excellence.
  • Monitor competitor activity in-store and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend promotion mechanics per category and channel to the sales team.
  • Lead promo calendar management for each channel and category.
  • Organize and lead trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand presence.
  • Manage BTL budget planning and reporting, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
