A well-established planning consultancy is seeking a talented and driven Chartered Associate or Principal Planner to join their expanding team based in Hampshire. The firm is known for providing clear, practical advice and personalised service across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage. Their client base spans national developers to private individuals, offering a diverse and rewarding portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare appraisals, planning applications, and appeal documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth initiatives
  • Represent clients at committee meetings and appeals
Qualifications
  • Be a chartered Planner and RTPI member
  • Have broad and substantial planning experience
  • Have strong commercial awareness of consultancy and development processes
  • Have a full driving licence (exceptions may be considered)
