Responsibilities

  • Prepare site appraisals, planning statements, and minor applications.
  • Translate research and policy into clear, concise written advice.
  • Monitor applications proactively and coordinate with technical/design teams.
  • Produce project updates, reports, and social media content for review.
  • Support senior colleagues on larger-scale projects while managing smaller ones.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare site appraisals, planning statements, and minor applications

  • Support senior colleagues on larger-scale projects while independently managing smaller ones
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and advice
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A Master s degree in Town Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Some relevant professional experience in town planning or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe Creative Suite advantageous)
  • Associate membership of the RTPI and a proactive approach toward full accreditation
  • A team-oriented, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
