TIG Welder – Day Shift £37,000 Overtime

Location - Leighton Buzzard

Permanent Role

Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a stable, rewarding position with real growth potential? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in the aerospace sector and take your welding career to the next level.

We’re looking for a precision-driven professional to join our Day Shift team, producing high-quality welded assemblies that meet strict aerospace standards. You’ll work from detailed engineering drawings and route cards, taking pride in craftsmanship that really takes flight.

What’s on offer for the appointed Tig Welder:

£37,000 per year with overtime available

Permanent contract – 37 hours per week

4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)

Day Shift: 6am–3:45pm or 7am–4:45pm

The selected TIG Welder will carry out the following

  • Manufacture and weld precision components to exacting aerospace standards
