Third-Party Motor Claims Specialist

Location: Bolton

Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)

Salary: From £24,150 to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
  • Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio
  • Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
  • Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
  • Identify and refer fraudulent activity
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth claims process

  • CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
