Job summary

A recruitment agency in children’s services is looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to launch and manage a new three-bedroom children's home in Shropshire. You will have the opportunity to create a nurturing, therapeutic environment for young people while driving high standards of care, plus benefits like performance bonuses and 28 days of annual leave. Qualifications

  • Must hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management).
  • Substantial managerial experience within children’s residential care (minimum two years).
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain high standards, with a history of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted judgments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
