The Bar Manager will oversee the Bar area , supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, creating and maintaining Drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests.

Salary: £33\37,000 per year

Working 5 days over 7

Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.

Responsibilities
  • You are passionate about food and drinks!
  • Manage the overall beverage offerfor the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
  • Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
  • Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
  • Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
