The Space Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. FC BISA is a long running programme developing bespoke software solutions in Fire Control and Battlespace management for the British Army. Currently developing two major software releases concurrently and supporting operational systems the project team is currently around 60 members.

This position will be a hybrid position based out of our office in Leatherhead with a requirement to be in the office a minimum 3x per week (Tues Wed Thurs). Due to the secure nature of the role we are only able to progress applicants who are a sole UK National and who currently hold SC clearance or are eligible to obtain SC clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities

The project is seeking a Test Team Lead who will support a Test Manager in delivering the test programme. Duties will include day‑to‑day task management, supporting the defect management process, producing weekly test metrics and driving the team to meet performance targets.

We are looking for an experienced tester with experience leading test activities. Candidates with ad hoc experience leading test activities will still be considered.
