Pay and Conditions

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; increases to £13.66 inside the M25. For hours between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35/hour applies. Additional payments may vary by location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly, with options for 12 hours if preferred. We will schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
