The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. Products include AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, temperature management solutions, and more. Our dedicated employees take pride in their commitment to improving patient outcomes while delivering world‑class customer service.

Travel will be 80% of the time. Territories covered: Scotland; North East; North West; Yorkshire

The ideal candidate would have a clinical background and proven experience of success within capital sales.

Job Summary

Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to ZOLL's profitability. Cover assigned territory promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, police and municipal agencies.

Essential Functions
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short‑term and long‑term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
