Role Overview

You will support and deliver tenant engagement activity, ensuring tenants are involved in shaping services and decision‑making. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Tenant Engagement Strategy
  • Encouraging tenant participation in engagement groups and scrutiny panels
  • Working with community groups and internal stakeholders
  • Increasing engagement from underrepresented tenant groups
  • Supporting consultations, meetings, and engagement events
  • Using digital channels to engage with residents
  • Supporting compliance with housing regulatory standards
  • Preparing reports and updates for managers
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in tenant, resident, or community engagement
  • Background within housing or a local authority setting preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
  • Able to work independently in a temporary role
  • Car driver with flexibility to attend site as required
Assignment Details
