Temporary Sales Administrator - Part-Time (Dunston)

Are you looking to earn a bit of extra income, or seeking a part-time role that fits around your lifestyle? This could be the perfect opportunity!

We're supporting a friendly, small office team in Dunston who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

Location: Dunston

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Approx. 3 months (immediate start)

Hours: 12 hours per week, with flexibility to suit you:

  • Either 4 hours across 3 days OR two 6-hour days - between the horus of 8:30am - 5pm
  • Choose your working days, between Monday to Friday
  • Immediate start - please only apply if you are available ASAP
  • Temporary role for approx. 3 months
The Role

Supporting the general office team with administration tasks

  • Processing sales orders, including client acknowledgements and purchase orders
  • Processing supplier invoices and raising client invoices
  • Answering calls and assisting with customer queries
  • Preparing documents and maintaining accurate files
  • Updating cost sheets, flagging variances, and other Excel-based tasks
  • Note: This role is more than just data entry - excellent Excel skills, including formulas, are essential, along with experience in administration
