Overview

JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant/PA

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £15ph

TERM: 2-3 months, possible Temp to Perm

HOURS: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you available immediately and have experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or similar? We have a rare opportunity to join a well respected established business, in wonderful offices just on the outskirts of Ashford. You will be joining a professional supportive team, this is a temporary role due to an internal promotion, however you will also have the opportunity to apply for the permanent role should you wish. Key duties and requirements

• Supporting the Head of Business with a variety of PA duties
• Acting as first line of contact, handling calls and emails
• Diary management, scheduling appointments, sending invites and agendas
• Maintaining administrative systems and files
• Typing correspondence and reports
• Arranging travel for the Head of Business, including flights and hotels internationally
• General Secretarial and Administration duties
• Liaising with internal staff and external bodies
