Overview

We have registered an exciting opportunity to join this welcoming and innovative client operating at the heart of the life sciences sector.

This is a Temporary Customer Support Administrator role, ongoing until Christmas 2025, on a full-time basis.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Customer Service Administrator to gain exposure in a new space, or for a scientific Graduate to build on their current clerical expertise.

Working in the busy and buzzy customer support team, this individual will bring exemplary communication skills, the ability to manage a high traffic query inbox, as well as impeccable attention to detail.

This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm.

  • To succeed in this role, it will be essential that you are proven Administrator, with experience gained in a customer service led post.
  • This client loves to employ life sciences Graduates - this isn't essential, but it would certainly be advantageous.
  • A keen attention to detail should be apparent in your previous roles.
  • An effective team player, you must excel under pressure, utilising expert communication to source workable solutions.
  • Deadline driven and meticulous, your CV must demonstrate proficiency with a range of IT systems, including the full MS Office suite.
