Temp to Perm Product Sales Executive

Location: Camberley
Salary: £14ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

My client who are an FMCG food related company are seeking a Product Sales Executive to join their fast growing team. The purpose of this role is to contribute in sustaining and growing new business, maintain relationships with existing customers and drive revenue. To apply for this role you will need experience in product selling.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a trust relationship with existing customers ensuring that all opportunities are maximized through formulating and delivering agreed business plans.
  • Grow share of wallet / category within existing customer base.
  • Use customer data to develop and grow customer turnover to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilise promotions and other sales campaigns to grow customer relationships.
  • Sales & cash achievement against budget; pursue new business growth through direct prospecting & pipelines.
  • Deliver results and achieve your individual objectives and performance indicators, while contributing to team goals, targets, revenue and profitability.
  • Plan geographically for maximum efficiencies.
  • Assist in existing customer retention by analysing and monitoring low or non-trade accounts.
  • Manage ledger tele canvassing and new business activity.
  • Ensure all customers are contacted for order capture and area growth.
  • Robust call schedule planning weekly to ensure effective customer management across ledger.
  • Establish a high brand saturation within the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts; maintain visibility via CRM.
