Temp to Perm Customer Service Executive

Express Recruitment are delighted to be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and welcoming team in Annesley. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience however this is not essential. What is essential is having the ability to make customers feel listened to and be able to effectively resolve problems.

Due to the location of the role, a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential!

The role has working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm allowing work from home. The role is hybrid working: 2 days per week from home, 3 days from the office. New starters will train full time from the office during the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, which will also be from home.
