Our Nightclub Team ensures our Guests have an amazing night out while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

At the start and end of the shift they perform essential tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and training – tasks that keep the venue at the required standard. During the night, they are wherever they are needed, preparing cocktails and interacting with guests.

It is fast‑paced, hard work, but also fun. Experienced bar staff, especially those in their 30s or who enjoy the sugar work, will thrive.

Teamwork is essential; the team is great at multitasking, experienced in all aspects of the nightclub, and pays close attention to detail.

All teams are highly engaged with each other and with the wider group, taking a keen interest in the business’s direction and journey.

Essential requirements: 18+ years old, willing to work nights on Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to approximately 4 am.

The contract is fixed term with potential for full‑time employment if successful.
