Overview

Berry Recruitment are looking for Telesales Executives to work as part of a team for a fast-growing manufacturing and distribution company based in King's Lynn.

Berry Recruitment are looking for individuals to join an Internal Sales Team to lead outbound sales activity focused on cold calling existing customers. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships, increasing repeat business, and identifying new sales opportunities within our current customer base.

Marketing experience is an advantage, as the role works closely with campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute outbound cold-calling activity to existing customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Track performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales calls with campaigns and offers
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and objections
  • Ensure a professional, compliant, and customer-focused sales approach
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management
  • Experience with cold calling, ideally within an existing customer base
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Marketing experience or campaign exposure is a strong advantage
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to manage targets, performance, and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Working hours are flexible, both part time and full time hours available.

Salary DOE but competitive!
