This role offers exceptional earning potential with a base salary of £23,000 to £25,000, plus commission and realistic on-target earnings reaching £30,000 within the first year. You will engage clients, maintain a CRM system, and collaborate with the sales team. An ideal candidate will have B2B call experience and be determined to succeed.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services
  • Identify potential business needs through detailed fact-finding missions
  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating it with sales activity and potential leads
  • Send follow-up emails to potential clients to convert leads
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team with the aim of increasing sales and leads across the board
