Tele-Sales Executive - Based Northamptonshire
IMMEDIATE START! Basic Salary £26,000 up to £28,000 depending on experience uncapped OTE, plus benefits. This is an office-based role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a professional outbound B2B sales role and must live within a commutable distance of Northampton. My client is seeking ambitious tele-sales professionals who are looking to build their career within the B2B financial sector, with excellent career prospects along with additional training.
Responsibilities
- As a Tele-Sales Executive, actively develop new and existing relationships with clients to build your own portfolio of clients in a B2B context.
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls, position financial solutions in a consultative manner, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Offer clients financial solutions such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, etc., with access to diverse funders to help analyse financial needs and key documents.
- Drive the sales process to completion and achieve key KPI targets in a competitive environment.
- Record all sales activity on the CRM; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B telesales or sales.
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while building rapport and trust.
- Resilient with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced meritocratic environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with an interest in business.
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial, self-starter approach.
- Adhere to the principles of treating customers fairly in all interactions.
- Remain vigilant against fraud and money laundering, promptly reporting any concerns.
Duties
- Make outbound sales activity to establish rapport and interest with potential new clients, build a pipeline, and secure new business opportunities.
- Qualify client interest through a consultative sales process to understand their commercial standing.
- Prepare proposals and compile credit applications.
