Telesales & Customer Service Executive
Location: Wetherby (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission

The Company: A long-established technical manufacturing business is expanding its customer engagement team. The company supplies high-performance textile and material solutions across multiple industries and is investing in strengthening customer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving new commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Telesales / Business Development (Primary)
- Make outbound calls to lapsed clients, warm leads, and existing accounts.
- Re-engage older contacts and raise awareness of product and service capabilities.
- Build rapport, maintain regular touchpoints, and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify enquiries and pass leads to relevant sales or technical teams.
- Support targeted call campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, activity logs, and follow-ups.
- Customer Service
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email in a confident, professional manner.
- Provide updates on orders, products, quotations, and general customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver a consistently positive and helpful customer experience.
- Marketing & Administration
- Assist with email campaigns, follow-up calls, customer feedback gathering, or event support.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
- Contribute to small marketing tasks as required.
About You
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or another customer-facing sales environment.
- Confident making outbound calls daily.
- Natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing follow-ups and admin tasks.
- CRM experience beneficial (Salesforce an advantage, but training available).
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Experience in manufacturing, textiles, or materials is desirable but not essential.
