Our client requires a Telecoms Design Lead to join their Wireless Telecomms Team, to work on all aspects of technical site designs for its key projects. The role is long-term and has the potential to sit outside of IR35.

Typical Deliverables

1. Produce comprehensive design solutions that meet the customer's requirements.
2. Ensure high-quality design that meets standards and promotes a ‘right first time’ approach.
3. Rectify technical design issues preventing progress on individual sites/projects.
4. Provide reliable advice on design solutions to team members, customers, and external suppliers.
5. Support the Design Team with complex site solutions and escalations.
6. Implement best practices, compliance, and industry standards in site design.
7. Keep up to date with new or revised guidance.
8. Review Quality Assurance queries and liaise with the client to resolve technical issues.
9. Occasionally attend sites to carry out surveys or meetings to discuss design issues.
10. Assist with the production of standard and template drawings as part of a library of details/drawings.
11. Participate in client review meetings to discuss design solutions.

Business Operations Skills – Qualifications
