• Experience in the Food Manufacturing sector, specifically in training Technical, QA, or Production staff.
• Demonstrable understanding of HACCP, Allergen Control Systems & Food Safety is crucial.
• Previous coaching and training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Update and implement training plans for new staff on Food Safety and Allergen Control.
• Ensure all staff receive up-to-date technical training.
• Engage staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support audits and address non-conformances or complaints.
• Assist in delivery of Continuous Improvement projects.
