Technical Team Leader - Managed Service Provider

Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for delivering exceptional IT solutions? We're seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to join our client's growing MSP team. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership, technical architecture, project delivery, and customer engagement. You'll be the go-to technical expert for customers and a driving force behind service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of skilled engineers.

• Designing and delivering modern workplace and cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security.

• Managing IT projects from scoping through to successful delivery.

• Collaborating with the sales team on pre-sales, proposals, and solution design.

• Overseeing software licensing and vendor relationships.

• Acting as a technical account manager for key customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven MSP experience in a senior technical role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security solutions.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

• Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness.

• Enjoys working autonomously with real decision-making responsibility.

Qualifications:
Essential:

• Microsoft Modern Work and/or Azure accreditations

• CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ (or equivalent)

Desirable:

• ITIL, PRINCE2, Azure Administrator/Architect
