Job description

Technical Surveyor (Interim)
Location: London
Rate: £328 per hour (Umbrella)

Key responsibilities:

Technically challenge Client Briefs and Service Provider proposals to ensure alignment with investment needs and Partnering Agreement requirements

Act as technical lead for the development and appraisal of Tasks, designs and Project Execution Plans

Review surveys, specifications, programmes, prices and consent applications (planning, building control, listed buildings)

Support accurate budget development, cost awareness and value engineering with Cost Planners

Manage and resolve technical RFIs and risks, escalating where required

Develop and maintain design standards, systems and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency

Provide clear management information and progress updates through pre-commencement to handover

Work collaboratively with internal teams, Service Providers and stakeholders to ensure best outcomes for residents

About you:

• Strong technical surveying background within housing or property investment programmes
• Proven experience working in partnered/term contracts and pre-construction environments
