Job description

Technical Surveyor (Interim)
Location: London
Rate: £328 per hour (Umbrella)

Key responsibilities:
Technically challenge Client Briefs and Service Provider proposals to ensure alignment with investment needs and Partnering Agreement requirements
  • Act as technical lead for the development and appraisal of Tasks, designs and Project Execution Plans
  • Review surveys, specifications, programmes, prices and consent applications (planning, building control, listed buildings)
  • Support accurate budget development, cost awareness and value engineering with Cost Planners
  • Manage and resolve technical RFIs and risks, escalating where required
  • Develop and maintain design standards, systems and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Provide clear management information and progress updates through pre-commencement to handover
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, Service Providers and stakeholders to ensure best outcomes for residents
  • About you:
