Job Title – Technical Support and Commissioning Engineer

Location – UK

Industry – Power Generation, Marine, Renewable Energy, Solar, Micro Grid.

Package – 45-55K company vehicle, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday

This is an outstanding opportunity for an electrical engineer from graduate level upwards with an understanding of any power and energy based technology to join a leading controls company.

Role
  • Working from home and travelling across the UK
  • Technical support to client through an assortment of communication methods
  • Training customer staff on specialist control systems
  • Electrical commissioning on site
  • Attending courses in Europe to maintain expert knowledge
  • Approximately 23 nights away per month.
Skills and experience
  • Electrical engineering degree or HND equivalent.
  • Understanding or knowledge of power generation, energy, solar, renewable, marine and / or associated technology
  • Basic knowledge of electrical control systems
  • Flexibility of hours
  • Desire and ability to learn
