A leading global science and technology company seeks a Manager, Technical Solutions to lead technical teams across regions. You will drive strategic execution, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational excellence in delivering customer solutions. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience in technical team leadership and sales. This position requires willingness to travel for customer engagements.
As Manager, Technical Solutions (Regional), you will lead a high-performing team of technical professionals across regions, driving strategic execution and delivering cost-optimized, “To the Spec” solutions that directly support and exceed equipment order targets.
Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, coach, and manage regional teams of Technical Solutions Specialists comprised of managers and individual contributors in the US, Europe, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Implement and refine standard work processes to ensure consistent delivery of KPIs and service levels through daily management and performance tracking.
Tool & Process Optimization: Drive the development and adoption of product selection, equipment design, costing, and quotation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Market Competitiveness: Ensure the team maintains deep product knowledge and technical expertise in market-leading applications; collaborate with SMEs and Marketing to support differentiated value propositions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior regional sales leaders to ensure technical priorities are aligned with commercial strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Technical discipline, or Business.
Proven experience leading large technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Strong background in filtration technologies or technical inside sales.
Ability to translate commercial priorities into actionable technical strategies.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
High cultural awareness and adaptability in global environments.
Willingness to travel for customer site visits, technical reviews, and strategic engagements across the region.
Exposure to projects in Energy Transition, Chemical, Refinery, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawing sets.
