About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a builder’s mindset to lead the development and scaling of our end-to-end technology stack. You’ll be at the core of our operations - designing, implementing, and optimising tools that power everything from supply chain to customer loyalty.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, strategy, and speed. You’ll manage technical execution while driving long-term scalability and using AI to unlock operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive our ERP implementation (Odoo) across supply chain, finance, inventory, and retail operations
• Lead the design and delivery of our broader tech ecosystem, including POS systems, internal dashboards, third-party integrations, and customer-facing tools
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and freelancers across software development, infrastructure, and integration projects
• Translate commercial and operational challenges into smart, scalable technical solutions
• Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows—e.g. AI for demand forecasting, automated reporting, task prioritisation, or supplier onboarding
• Build robust, modular systems that evolve with the business—from pilot stores to national scale
• Own project delivery end-to-end: define timelines, prioritise features, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders
• Work closely with founders and heads of function to ensure our tech strategy underpins our commercial ambitions

AI & Automation Focus

• Identify where AI can replace repetitive manual tasks and reduce operational overhead
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered SaaS tools
• Champion the use of AI-enhanced analytics for better decision-making across retail, supply, and finance

Ideal Candidate

• 8–10 years of experience in a technical or systems-focused role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or QSR environments
• Proven success delivering complex ERP projects—Odoo experience highly desirable
• Technically fluent—able to engage confidently with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Strong product/project management toolkit: Agile, prioritisation frameworks, delivery tracking
• Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, pragmatic, and ready to roll up sleeves when needed
• Passionate about leveraging technology and AI to solve real-world operational problems
• Comfortable operating in high-speed, ambiguous startup environments
