What you'll do

The Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the optimization and automation of processes as part of an effort to transform our Maritime sales function.

This role focuses on identifying and implementing solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and consolidate tools and workflows in line with Maritime’s digital transformation objectives.

The day-to-day
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Analyze existing tools, workflows, and processes across Maritime’s sales processes.
  • Leverage data and stakeholder insights to prioritize automation opportunities and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success and scalability of implemented solutions, using data driven insights to refine and improve.
  • Request Analysis & Solution Design: Serve as primary intake point for business requests, ensuring clear alignment with organizational goals.
  • Decompose high-level business requests into actionable product components and solutions, leveraging established patterns.
  • Partner with solutions architecture to design and implement high-level solutions to consolidate tools, streamline operations, and optimize workflows.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure proposed solutions meet cross-functional needs.
  • Product Strategy & Execution: Create a strategic roadmap for consolidating and optimizing business technology resources, aligned with the Maritime’s overall business objectives.
  • Define product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring a focus on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with (or build our own) training teams to ensure effective product training and operational handoffs for business users.
  • Lead product initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • User Acceptance Facilitation: Partner with stakeholders to plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Assist in definition of measurable acceptance criteria for features and tools, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate UAT kick-offs, workshops, and feedback sessions to guide stakeholders through the process.
  • Synthesize and prioritize feedback to inform final product adjustments and decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including business, technical, and operational teams, to drive consensus and alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Act as a change agent, championing process improvements and driving adoption across the organization through effective communication and training.
