The Opportunity
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts.
  • Oversee project delivery for key clients, ensuring technical and commercial success.
  • Manage workloads and scheduling to balance efficiency with staff wellbeing.
  • Maintain compliance with UKAS and ISO standards (17020, 17025, 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Support tenders, proposals, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the technical function in client meetings and audits.
About You
  • Experienced asbestos professional with strong leadership capability.
  • BOHS qualified (P402, P403, P404) – additional management qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent working knowledge of UKAS procedures and quality systems.
  • Confident communicator with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
  • Organised, commercially aware, and committed to maintaining high technical standards.
