EH5030-25-182 Are you a passionate Sport and Exercise Scientist looking to make a real impact in higher education? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our energetic technical team within the School of Education, Sport & Health Sciences. Based at our newly developed, state-of-the-art Sport & Exercise Science laboratories at the Falmer campus, you'll be at the heart of cutting-edge teaching and research. As a Technical Instructor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the practical learning experience of our students, and provide expert technical support, guidance, and training to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as academic staff across the school.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain specialist laboratory equipment and software, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
  • Deliver hands-on technical support during practical teaching sessions, helping students and staff engage effectively with the equipment and experiments.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices and techniques in Sport & Exercise Science, contributing to the quality of instruction and research.
  • Support teaching, research, and knowledge exchange activities, where you will play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient laboratory operations.
