The Technical Delivery Lead at Seechange plays a senior, hands-on role in driving the successful delivery of technical solutions for customers and partners. This position is accountable for technical excellence across delivery engagements, ensuring solutions are designed, implemented, and operated to achieve strong customer outcomes and align with Seechange’s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the VP Delivery, the Technical Delivery Lead provides day-to-day leadership to technical delivery teams, combining deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and stakeholder management. The role remains hands-on, actively contributing to solution design, complex troubleshooting, and technical decision-making, while also setting direction, standards, and best practices across delivery.
The Technical Delivery Lead works closely with customers and delivery partners, acting as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor. They are responsible for ensuring delivery quality, managing technical risk, and continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key activities include leading technical delivery across multiple customer engagements, overseeing deployments and integrations, mentoring and developing technical team members, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that delivery teams are well-supported and that customers receive robust, scalable, and well-operated solutions.
