• 5 years’ experience as a Technical Coordinator with a Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in refurbishment and new build projects.

Responsibilities

• Check and amend working drawing packages.
• Work closely with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on time.
• Liaise with the commercial and production teams during the development.
