Overview

The department is responsible for the technical aspects of our productions including acquisition / filming, post production, delivery and archiving. The technical coordinator role is the main point of contact for production staff to ensure that the creative process runs as efficiently as possible, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • The technical coordinator role is the main point of contact for production staff to ensure that the creative process runs as efficiently as possible, on time and on budget.
Qualifications
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Numerate & Intermediate proficiency with Excel
  • Attention to detail and being able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
  • A good understanding of the Television production process.
  • Knowledge of filming and production equipment, cameras, lenses etc.
  • Able to work independently & problem solve.
  • Experience of booking filming equipment as a Production or Hire Coordinator would be beneficial.
