Overview

Technical Contract ManagerMoorgate, City of London£75,000 - £85,000

Excellent opportunity for a Technical Contract Manager to join our client on a flagship site in the City of London. This is a great role if you're looking to work within a client facing role, expand your leadership and management skills and join large, established building service provider.

You'll be managing a team of M&E engineers, manage a multi-million pound portfolio, overseeing and control the profit and loss (P&L), works in progress, manage client expectations, scope out additional works, manage KPIs and SLAs and ensure stability within the contract being ran.

Technical Contract Manager Duties
  • Reporting to Account Director
  • Running Profit and Loss (P&L)
  • Managing KPI and SLA's.
  • Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Attending client meetings
  • Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works
  • Recruitment
  • Develop staff, annual appraisals etc
  • Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues
  • Reports
  • Winning and managing additional business opportunities
  • Responsible for the permit system.
  • Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.
Technical Contract Manager Requirements
  • Technically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVAC
  • Experience in managing contracts / maintenance teams
  • Personable and good people skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Package
  • £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Company pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
