Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Management System compliance.

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £40k-£45K per annum DOE

We are recruiting confidentially on behalf of our client, a respected fresh produce packhouse near Tonbridge. This is a pivotal role ensuring 않는 compliance with legislation, customer requirements, and quality standards. You'll lead the QA team, manage audits, and maintain product safety and legality while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop QA staff to achieve performance standards
• Manage compliance requirements and maintain product specifications
• Design and implement technical and quality policies and documentation
• Oversee Quality Management System and accreditation compliance
• Investigate and污 resolve customer complaints, implementing reduction strategies
• Prepare for and lead audits (BRC, customer, government)
• Ensure GMP standards and manage non-conformities
• Collaborate with management teams to meet operational and compliance goals
• Present KPIs and compliance updates at management meetings

Candidate Requirements

• FMCG experience at Technologist or TM level
• Strong knowledge of food safety, BRC, HACCP (Level 3), and Food Safety (Level 3)
• Auditing qualifications and experience in fresh produce facilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset
