We're looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our Corporate Transportation team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Location: Nationwide, UK with remote / hybrid working available

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities

As Procurement Administrator, you'll be working within the Procurement team, supporting the efficient and compliant delivery of procurement activities across infrastructure projects, ensuring the timely issue of accurate and relevant tender documentation, managing supplier responses, and analysing data to support informed decision-making. Working closely with commercial, estimating, and supply chain teams, helping in designing and implementing systems gathering and managing supplier data, monitor performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working with and supporting operational teams, issuing tender enquiries to the market managing responses, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Monitoring and managing all tender returns from suppliers or subcontractors ensuring they are accurate and timely, watching supplier performance, onboarding subcontractors, and maintaining supply chain data.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with our Commercial Standards.
