Qualifications

• 5 years of post-qualification experience ideally in technology, data, or regulatory law.
• Familiarity with EU regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and the EU Data Act.
• Experience in multinational legal environments and cross-border compliance.
• Exposure to legal tech tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Advanced contract drafting and review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review draft and negotiate technology-related contracts.
• Monitor emerging data regulations across jurisdictions.
• Support compliance with NIS2 and other cybersecurity regulations.
• Assist in contract management tool implementation.
• Contribute to the Data Governance project.
