What is the job role?

We are seeking a Team Manager for the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children’s team in the Through Care service on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will lead a dedicated team of Social Workers and Personal Advisers providing high-quality services to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.

Who are we looking for?

You will have leadership experience and be trauma-informed and culturally competent. You will be a confident and compassionate leader, ideally with experience of working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children or children in care.
