Overview

Our client requires a Team Leader Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This company is looking for someone who is passionate about their position and able to liaise with potential and current clients about projects and additional works. They would like a person who has a strong team work culture and willing to nurture the team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Service Management in managing projects and workshop work, on site or in the company’s workshop.
• Participate in heavy, medium and light fabrication work, along with pipe works of different diameters.
• Present a professional image while on projects.
• Communicate effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in working with mild steel, stainless steel & aluminum.
• Experience welding horizontal, vertical and overhead.
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Experience of long-to-short-term projects.
• Strong team work culture attitude.

Details

You would be working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possibilities of weekend work. Overtime is available for the right people.

Your pay rate will be £17.00 per hour with additional overtime rates.

This position is on a temp to perm basis. After 14 successful weeks' work, you could be employed permanently by the client.
