Practice Leader - Learning Disabilities & Autism Support. Join a supportive team and make a real difference as a Practice Leader. You'll be leading a team to deliver outstanding care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Package

• £13.50 per hour (+40p complex service, +30p on-call)
• £27,378 - £28,798 per year (39 hrs/week)

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence & own car
• Leadership or supervisory experience in care
• Flexible to work weekends/nights
