Team Leader / Supervisor

Kinetic Industrial are working with a global textile company based in Trafford Park to recruit a Production Supervisor for their small but VERY successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has dipped their toes in leading people, motivating a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You will supervise a team of 4-5 staff per shift, providing guidance, mentoring, and hands‑on support to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality output.

• Leadership Potential: Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is desirable, but you don't need to be an experienced manager.

Hours and Pay

• Rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• £13.03 (rising to £13.84)
