A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production operations in Northern Ireland. The candidate will ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and strong communication skills. The role requires a flexible working schedule and involves the use of SAP for reporting.

This is a key position within the production team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards across all outputs.
The role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (average 42 hours per week, 5/2 schedule across 2 weeks: e.g. 2 days one week / 5 days the next, followed by 2 nights one week / 5 nights the following). You will report directly to the Shift Performance Manager.
