Overview

Job Title: Team Leader - Energy and Financial Wellbeing

Location: Bromley by Bow Centre
Job Type: Part time, 28 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £35,373.60 per annum (0.8 FTE £28,298.88 per annum)

Responsibilities
  • Line manage a number of Advisor and Caseworkers and ensure that they deliver services effectively and in line with our ambition.
  • Engage in front-line delivery within Energy and Financial Wellbeing; balance between line management and front-line work approximately 50% each, as agreed with the Delivery Manager.
  • Understand Energy and Financial Wellbeing work in the organisation’s context and support Advisors to deliver their objectives.
  • Promote a positive culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation amongst direct reports and teams; support development of innovative, inspiring and viable service propositions.
  • Contribute to continuing to develop internal culture, particularly advancing commitment to being anti-racist and inclusive, and creating space for honest conversations and feedback.
  • Engage with related roles and experiences such as Community Engagement Leader, Community Development Manager, Neighbourhood Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, Community Empowerment Manager, Community Project Manager, etc.
