A health and social care provider in Oxford is looking for a Team Leader to oversee service operations, ensure compliance with care standards, and support Direct Care Workers. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the sector and be working towards NVQ Level 3. The position includes 37.5 hours per week with morning and evening shifts, as well as alternate weekends.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Team Leader you will be working alongside 1 other Team Leaders to ensure that service runs smoothly from shift to shift and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all within the service. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis. You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.

  • Be willing to take part in an on-call rota
  • You would of worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year
  • Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3
