A leading financial institution is seeking a Team Leader in Asset Services to manage operational tasks and oversee a team. This position requires leadership skills and a solid understanding of the Financial Services sector to mitigate operational risks and maintain data integrity. The role allows for flexible remote work up to one day a week, fostering collaborative efforts in a dynamic team aimed at delivering trusted advice and helping clients thrive.
What is the opportunity?
The role of Team Leader, Asset Services, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing operational team tasks and ensuring mitigation of operational risk across the team while maintaining data integrity. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures and practices, as well as the ability to support and implement process improvements, manage and resolve issues, and provide guidance and support to team members, to ensure the smooth operation of business processes and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
